The equipment features a step-by-step temperature reduction function and is equipped with a precise temperature sensor to prevent rapid cooling from causing changes in the stability of stored grain conditions and deterioration of stored grain quality.The specific method is as follows:
1)The overall design of the dedicated air conditioning system for grain silos adopts a design concept featuring high air volume(supply air distance≥20 meters)and low temperature difference,ensuring no condensation water or minimal condensation water under most operating conditions,reducing the amount of condensation and thus minimizing moisture loss in the grain;
2)The heat exchanger adopts an evaporator with large-area enhanced heat transfer,optimizing the utilization coefficient of the evaporator area and heat transfer efficiency,and increasing the evaporation temperature,thereby reducing condensed water and minimizing moisture loss in grain;
3)A pressure regulating valve is installed on the air conditioning refrigerant pipeline.During operation,by adjusting the evaporation pressure,the evaporation temperature is effectively controlled,ensuring that the difference between the evaporation temperature and the temperature inside the grain storage is always above the dew condensation threshold.This prevents dew condensation during air conditioning operation,and long-term use in grain storage can achieve the effect of maintaining water retention and quality of the grain pile;
4)In terms of fan selection,a high-wind-speed outlet is adopted,which enhances the disturbance area,making the air conditioning return air closer to the temperature of the storage bin.This avoids excessive condensation caused by excessively low return air temperature,thereby reducing the loss of grain moisture;
Based on the above design,the annual average discharge of condensed water outside the storage facility is not more than 1kg per ton of grain,and the moisture reduction of the grain is≤0.1%per year.
