Product performance characteristics
1.Continuously adjustable nitrogen purity and stable gas supply;
2.The compressor adopts a screw-type air compressor with a variable capacity adjustment system,which can accurately match the compressed air volume and air consumption,ensuring stable exhaust pressure.No compressed air buffer tank is required,making the nitrogen generation equipment compact and easy to move.
To reduce the cost of membrane-based low-oxygen temperature-controlled controlled atmosphere storage for grain,the low-pressure(below 1.0 MPa)process is adopted,which saves approximately 15%energy compared to the high-pressure(1.3 MPa)process.
4.To enhance the quality of stored grain,we adopt low-temperature technology,ensuring that the membrane components do not operate at temperatures above 45 degrees Celsius.This approach conserves energy and improves the quality of the grain.
5.To enhance the efficiency of controlled temperature and air conditioning under low oxygen conditions,the semi-cycle storage technology is adopted to further reduce the cost per ton of grain.
