Grain Cooler

The CGL series grain cooler blows air into the warehouse after cooling and humidity adjustment,creating an environment with a certain temperature and humidity suitable for grain storage,thus achieving(quasi-)low temperature storage of grains.At the same time,the grain conditioning(drying)can be achieved to a certain extent by controlling the humidity of the outgoing air.

　　Large air volume and low noise

　　Centrifugal fans with high air volume,high wind pressure,and low noise are selected to ensure that the cold air can penetrate the grain layer.

　　High precision in temperature and humidity control

　　Using PID and function model control logic,it provides fast and stable control,ensuring accuracy and reliability.When the air supply temperature at the outlet of the grain cooler is set between 7℃and 18℃and the relative humidity is set between 65%and 95%,the average control accuracy of the air supply temperature is±0.3℃,with a maximum of±1℃;the average control accuracy of the air supply relative humidity is±3%,with a maximum of±6%.
