　　1.Preparation before operation

　　Equipment inspection:Inspect whether the connections of various equipment components are secure,and whether there are any looseness or damages,especially ensuring that pipelines,valves,and other parts are well sealed;inspect the electrical system,including whether the power cord is damaged,the plug is securely inserted,and the control panel can display and operate normally;

　　Environmental preparation:Install the equipment in a well-ventilated,dry,and flat location,avoiding direct sunlight and rain,and ensuring that there are no obstacles around for ease of heat dissipation and maintenance.Clean and disinfect the warehouse where the grains are stored,remove debris and pests,check whether the warehouse ventilation system is normal,and ensure that the cooled air can circulate evenly within the warehouse.

　　Grain preparation:Remove impurities,shriveled grains,and grains affected by pests and diseases from the grains to ensure uniform quality.Based on the type of grain,moisture content,and storage requirements,reasonably control the loading capacity of the grains.Generally,the loading height should not be too high to avoid affecting air circulation and uniform cooling.

　　2.Startup and operation

　　Startup steps:Connect the equipment to power and turn on the power switch on the control panel;set appropriate cooling parameters such as temperature,humidity,and ventilation time according to the type of grain and storage requirements;

　　Operation monitoring and adjustment:Regular monitoring and adjustment are conducted during operation.Equipment operating parameters,as well as changes in grain temperature and humidity,are checked periodically.If the cooling speed is slow or the effect is unsatisfactory,parameters such as fan speed,refrigerant flow rate,or ventilation time can be appropriately adjusted;

　　3.Maintenance and upkeep after operation

　　Shutdown operation:After the grain cooling reaches the predetermined requirements,turn off the fan and refrigeration system,and cut off the power supply to the equipment;allow the equipment to cool naturally for a period of time after shutdown to avoid burns to operators who immediately perform maintenance.

　　Equipment maintenance and upkeep:Regularly conduct comprehensive cleaning and inspection of the equipment,remove surface dust and debris,and check whether any parts are worn,deformed,or loose;maintain the refrigeration system,including replacing refrigerant,cleaning the condenser and evaporator,etc;
